Staten Island & Brooklyn Construction Media FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions for Builders & General Contractors
How does the $500 Before & After Transformation Special work?
Instead of trying to match dark smartphone photos taken months apart, we stop by for 20 minutes right before demo (or after framing) to record exact camera heights, focal lengths, and gimbal paths. Once the remodel is complete, we shoot the final 5-Bracket HDR reveal from the exact same angles and deliver side-by-side splits plus a 4K match-cut transition reel.
Are your drone pilots FAA Part 107 certified for NYC job sites?
Yes. All aerial construction progression, roof inspection, and orthomosaic flights are operated by an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot flying 4K DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2 hardware across Staten Island, Brooklyn, and NJ.
What shoot windows are available for active job sites?
We offer late-afternoon weekday sessions (3:15 PM – 5:30 PM in Brooklyn and Staten Island, right as crews wrap up and clean the site) as well as flexible weekday and weekend portfolio sessions with zero local travel fees.
How does the 3-Visit Milestone Bundle ($1,450) work?
Ideal for full gut renovations and new builds, the bundle covers 3 scheduled Complete Site Suite visits (e.g., Pre-Drywall/MEP, Exterior/Roofing, and Final Completion), saving $200 off single-visit rates and billed 50% upfront / 50% at final completion.
